About you & the role:


Passport is seeking a strategic, analytical, process-oriented, and detail-driven Revenue Operations Analyst. As a critical and early member of Passport's Revenue Operations team, you'll work to solve complex business challenges and create processes to help our organization scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll be responsible for partnering cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement and execute key initiatives, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams run efficiently and effectively. On a day-to-day basis, you'll help manage our GTM tech stack, used by our sales and post-sales teams. You'll optimize the effectiveness of our current tools, recommend and evaluate new tools, and integrate them into our ecosystem to increase the team's efficiency.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage GTM Tech Stack: Proactively assist in managing tools, automations, and integrations to optimize sales & post-sales processes. Efficiently onboard and offboard users. Become a subject matter expert on the data & processes within the tech stack. Continuously seek ways to better integrate and automate our systems to increase data integrity and make our GTM teams more efficient.
  • Reporting & Insights: Standardize and monitor reports to support daily operations, drive accountability, derive insights from sales and usage data, provide strategic recommendations, and proactively improve the accuracy and reliability of all reporting.
  • Project Management: Efficiently execute projects and communication plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand project scope, delivery dates, and ongoing progress. Take initiative to identify areas of improvement across the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Understand business challenges and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Onboarding, Success, Finance, Data, Product, and Marketing to find solutions. Communicate the impact of new processes and improvements to teams.


You may have many of the following:
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) or Business Operations
  • Experience at a growth-stage startup or in the fulfillment, shipping, or OMS/WMS/TMS tech space is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom reports, processes, formula fields, manage integrations, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working experience with tools similar to the following: Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sendoso, Zendesk, Zoominfo, Tableau, etc.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in English for verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions, including online correspondence
