French Speaking Customer Experience Specialist - Remote in Greece

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity from anywhere in Greece. In this important role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to our French-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, providing outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Manage customer inquiries and concerns, delivering timely and effective solutions to optimize the customer experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and address customer issues.
• Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to a positive remote working environment.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices in customer service.

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote working tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
• Enthusiastic attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.
