Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations tailored for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate audience engagement, trends, and performance across various social media platforms.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings and enhance decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven social media strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the productivity of campaigns.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns grounded in data insights.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within a social media or digital marketing context.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their corresponding analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, especially in presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines effectively.
