Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service details, pricing, and transportation policies.
Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive travel experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
Collaborate with operational teams to address customer needs and enhance service efficiency.
Inform clients about available services, safety protocols, and any promotional offers.
Collect customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
Strong communication skills with a keen customer-focused approach.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
