Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch to assist clients with hotel reservations and inquiries.
- Guide customers through the booking process and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the booking system.
- Collaborate with hospitality team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about local attractions and services to offer helpful recommendations to guests.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with booking systems and hospitality software is a plus.
- A passion for travel and hospitality is highly desirable.
