- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, including recommendations and usage.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and beauty industry trends.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty or retail sector, is a plus.
