Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Online iGaming Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support representative within our Online iGaming Department. If you are fluent in Portuguese and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting our Portuguese-speaking customers as they engage with our online gaming platforms. Your key responsibilities will include addressing user inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring that each customer has a positive and fulfilling gaming experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking users via live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries related to gaming products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring users have access to the necessary solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teammates to continually enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on gaming regulations and internal policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for users within the iGaming environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming sector or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain professionalism
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of online gaming platforms is advantageous
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
