By using your technical expertise and customer service skills, you will significantly contribute to client satisfaction and retention in the competitive video streaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Finnish-speaking users with their video streaming inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues to facilitate an uninterrupted streaming experience.
• Educate clients about platform features and best practices to enhance user engagement.
• Address customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our support system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep informed about product updates and industry trends.

• Fluency in Finnish and a solid command of English are essential.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, particularly in the media or technology domains, is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, showcasing a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Familiarity with video streaming technologies or applications is beneficial.
