Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to upgrade your skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A friendly and professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with self-discipline.
