Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist for a prominent gaming company, with the flexibility to work remotely within Greece. In this engaging position, you will deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate their gaming experiences. Your role will focus on responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the fast-paced gaming environment. Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and account management.
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve complex customer issues and grievances.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with gaming trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate support.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming or tech industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive service mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setup.
