Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to Slovak-speaking clients
- Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer feedback
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and policies
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
