Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to Slovak-speaking clients
• Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues

• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer feedback

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Availability to work remotely from home
