About the Role
Join our Product Management team in Brighton, where you’ll support a range of Product based-design tasks, from Instructions to User Interfaces. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the overall user experience and design, whilst collaborating with wider teams to maintaining consistency across all product literature,
- Design and maintain technical product literature; application notes, datasheets, instructions, and drilling templates.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Development teams to review consistency across product literature, promotional materials, and supporting with ad-hock graphic design tasks.
- Create packaging artwork for products, collaborating with the Purchasing team for alignment.
- Work with the Team Lead to shape user interfaces, defining user experience and visual design.
- Develop and manage Paxton’s UI Library, coordinating with Marketing and Development.
- Coordinate user testing of UI designs, using feedback to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with Product Managers to create conceptual 3D models and artwork for new product ideas.
- Learn and manage our translation process, ensuring accurate product information translations.
- Coordinate and assist in product communications between Product Management and Marketing.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product design-related files within the software, and rollout of ECO’s.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a technical design based role, ideally within a Product/Development team.
- Desire to develop your skills within Product Design, exploring a wide range of products and technologies.
