Role Description:
We're looking for a Sanctions Compliance Manager in the 2nd Line of Defense who will oversee and enhance 1st Line of Defense compliance efforts while streamlining automated and manual operations to enhance their effectiveness.
The Sanctions Compliance Manager will work with the Global Director for Sanctions and Screening to closely oversee Compliance Operations’ Sanctions Screening Team and other 1st Line of Defense operations conducting sanctions screening activities for list-based alerts and potential exposures to comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. The Sanctions Compliance Manager would also work directly with Product and R&D (Engineering) teams as well as other Compliance teams focusing on strategy, technology and model governance to enhance the company’s sanctions screening model management program.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $165,000.
