Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Creative candidate sourcing and screening
Collaborate with Hiring Managers
Generate interest in the organization
Design job adverts for various platforms
Maintain an active candidate pipeline
Provide analytical reports on recruiting efforts
Ensure a great candidate experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
