ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics professional to lead our Marketing Measurement Strategy team, driving action through data-driven insights. In this highly visible role, you will set the strategic vision for our global marketing measurement framework and investment allocation. The Director, Marketing Measurement Strategy will lead key strategic initiatives, including marketing OKRs, learning agenda and experimentation, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Success in this role requires expertise in analytics, incrementality testing, and MMM, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive action across all levels of the business. This role will lead a team of two and will report into the Senior Director of Global Marketing Analytics.
