ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Manager of Marketing Web Analytics to play a key role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Forecasting and Analytics within the Marketing organization, this role will specialize in evaluating web traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance to inform marketing strategies and drive results. The ideal candidate will have experience transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive quantifiable business impact as well as expertise in web tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Looker and Amplitude. This role will ensure Peloton’s marketing efforts are grounded in insightful, actionable data derived from our digital properties.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Analyze and interpret web traffic performance and attribution, user behavior, and conversion data to provide actionable insights that enhance marketing performance.
  • Use data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Looker, and Amplitude to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, landing pages, and overall web Performance.
  • Collaborate with eComm analytics and marketing teams such as Media, Lead Nurture, and Creative, to optimize campaign performance and user journeys based on web data Insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker and Amplitude to provide marketing teams with visibility into key web performance metrics.
  • Incorporate web analytics into broader marketing forecasts and strategy discussions.
  • Develop insights into user acquisition, lead capture, and conversion optimization to support marketing objectives.
  • Document and share web analytics best practices with marketing teams, ensuring consistency in data definitions and metrics across regions and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends in web analytics and marketing technology, identifying opportunities to improve marketing analytics capabilities.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5 years of experience in web analytics with a focus on marketing performance, and extensive hands-on experience using Google Analytics GA4.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, user acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker (preferred); familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze digital marketing campaign performance and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to marketing and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing functions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for improving marketing outcomes through web data insights.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
