Junior Marketing Project Manager

Coordinating and managing the project of production, distribution, analysis, and data-driven iteration of UX Magazine website content/articles, social media channels, newsletters, and the Invisible Machines podcast in collaboration with OneReach.ai. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align on the continually evolving editorial vision for the magazine, podcast, and programming.


Who are we looking for?

  • A keen eye for detail, unusually balanced by cool, calm confidence and ability to go with the flow — always having a plan and sticking to it, while constantly iterating on it as you get new data

  • 0.5—2 years of experience managing projects

  • Ability to manage the team with project deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Work independently with minimal direction

  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • Genuine enthusiasm for the highly sought-after opportunity to work in close collaboration with UX Magazine and OneReach.ai teams

Nice to have:

  • Basic familiarity with core tenets of marketing, including social, public relations, email, paid media, SEO, content, or analytics

  • Familiarity and or excitement for AI, UX design principles and technology trends

  • Skills for directly contributing to content creation — not just coordinating and planning content, but also creating it: writing and/or design skills.


In this job, you will:

  • Assist the marketing team and work closely with the leaders in our company (development, design, sales, etc)

  • Work with the management system

  • Follow and listen for news related to UX, AI, Conversational Design;

  • Curate UX Magazine: finding the articles, scheduling/content planning, and posting articles (WordPress)

  • Work with analytics: track traffic, and analyze data for website and social media analytics;

  • Podcast Coordination from idea to launch;
