We are seeking a Data Warehouse Specialist to join a dynamic team managing data governance and business intelligence operations. You will contribute to the development of advanced tools and frameworks, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of data processes while supporting cutting-edge solutions like the CORTEX platform for large-scale EU programs.

As part of this exciting opportunity, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, working with stakeholders to establish best practices in data governance and promote ethical AI operations.

Responsibilities

Data Management

• Monitor and ensure data quality across systems through metrics and dashboards.
• Implement data lineage and observability frameworks for tracking data flow and detecting issues.
• Develop and maintain metadata management systems (e.g., data catalogues).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Create and enforce data security and access control policies.

AI Governance

• Implement frameworks for ethical AI applications and AI Act compliance.
• Participate in data and AI risk management initiatives to ensure safe system operations.

Technical Contributions

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and continuous improvement of solutions.
• Write technical documentation and deliver training sessions to promote data governance best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, ETL tools, and data warehouse design.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR and regulations such as the AI Act.
• Expertise in data security standards, encryption, and logging practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (C1).
