LHH is hiring a Treasury Manager on behalf of a client, a leading global technology company. The Treasury Manager will oversee global cash management activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Global Tax and Treasury, the successful candidate will help design and implement top-tier treasury standards and systems.Responsibilities:• Lead daily corporate cash management operations, including currency risk and cash movements, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing and intercompany debt agreements.• Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers, representing the company in banking matters.• Assist in preparing the 13-week and rolling annual cash forecasting model, working with Finance to manage daily cash needs for various financial obligations.• Coordinate daily liquidity needs, intercompany cash movements, and optimize cash yield.• Oversee foreign exchange exposure and implement policies and procedures for FX activities.• Lead business risk assessments, insurance evaluations, and renewals.• Implement controls and procedures for corporate bank account and banking platform access.• Ensure compliance with treasury internal controls, respond to external audit requests, and recommend improvements to cash control structures.• Drive the implementation of consolidated cash reporting.Qualifications:• 7+ years of progressive international treasury experience; experience in private equity and SaaS businesses is a plus.• Global cash management experience and understanding of foreign currency issues• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
