They have the world’s largest portfolio of billion dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of America’s favorite snack foods, including FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS®.The Sales Associate Zone Business Manager is accountable for leading all zone staffing, scheduling, and retention activities to support AOP priorities and maximize people efficiency. They are responsible for all aspects of Safety for the zone including accident follow up and training. The Associate ZBM will manage all zone expense reports. They will manage tactics for reducing unsaleables including coaching DSLs and reviewing TZW status and accounts for gaps. The Sales Zone Supervisor role requires strong leadership skills, good communication and data analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environmentResponsibilities• Staffing point for all frontline roles including partnering with HR and pontoon on any priorities and output• Manage retention tactics via AOP priorities• Responsible for all onboarding requirements for frontline and self-noms including RTO and Quest• Ensure RTO process is followed and 30,60 90 day new hire process is followed• Manage labor dollars and hours for frontline roles• Conduct weekly one-with-one meeting with manager• Conduct coaching sessions with DSLs to work against safety, staffing, bidding, retention and unsalables priorities• Responsible for all unsaleable expenses• Conduct regular unsaleable analysis• Assign unsaleable work withs• Build and manage bidding needs from a route coverage and vacation perspective• Build and manage schedules, utilizing scheduler tools for all frontline EEs including supporting down routes• Manage safety expense and priorities including investigations, follow up, and any OSHA requirements• Collect, chart and interpret statistical data; manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork• Responsible for people execution of any zone or region projects.• Backfill Sales Associate ZBM as needed including all AOP, Forecast, Plan needs, equipment, Employee relations and projectsCompensation and Benefits:• The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,900 - $122,100.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.• Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.• Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.• Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.• Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury.
