Job Overview: Graham Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SME Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Analyst. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to oversee and guide large teams in planning, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining diverse cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in penetration testing, advanced security scenario development, security architecture, and remediation strategies. This position demands a deep understanding of cloud and hybrid environments, industry best practices for vulnerability management, and a commitment to reducing cybersecurity risks in mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Vulnerability Assessments: Oversee and execute penetration testing, advanced security scenario development, and testing systems against high-complexity attack vectors.• Security Architecture Development: Design and implement advanced security architectures, including custom countermeasures, to mitigate vulnerabilities and reduce errors in system design.• Code and Protocol Analysis: Conduct advanced code reviews and protocol analyses to assess nation-state and state-sponsored cyber threat actor capabilities.• Cloud and Hybrid Security Assessments: Evaluate and improve the security implementation of cloud and hybrid environments, including pipelines, applications, and services.• Agile Vulnerability Management: Utilize agile methodologies for scanning, end-to-end vulnerability remediation, and process improvement.• Risk Management: Apply knowledge of NIST RMF to develop test plans, execute security measures, and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with risk treatment decisions.• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cybersecurity teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and skill development.• Compliance and Security Planning: Support information security planning, compliance, and risk management initiatives to maintain a secure infrastructure.• Strategic Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, evaluate engineering trade-offs, and assess alternative solutions to determine optimal security strategies.• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance organizational security posture.Requirements:• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.• 10+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity, focusing on security engineering, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership abilities to manage and guide large, diverse teams.• Proficient in advanced code and protocol analysis.• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid security practices.• Familiarity with agile methodologies for vulnerability remediation.• Expertise in developing and implementing advanced security scenarios and architectures.• In-depth knowledge of NIST RMF and other relevant frameworks.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills to effectively address complex challenges.Additional Qualifications:• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.• Experience with nation-state threat actor analysis.• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation tools.Compensation:At Graham Technologies, we believe in treating every person the way we want to be treated - fairly.
