Workplace Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Workplace Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide second-level support, handling requests and tasks that require elevated rights and advanced technical knowledge. In addition to day-to-day operations, the role may involve evaluating and selecting workplace-related solutions to improve end-user experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for issues escalated from the help desk team.
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure related to: Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange, Active Directory (AD), Intune, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Handle service requests and administrative tasks requiring elevated access rights.
  • Support ongoing workplace improvement projects and contribute to identifying and selecting new technology solutions (e.g., infokiosks).
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams for the rollout and support of additional technologies (training will be provided if needed), such as: Cyolo (Identity Access Management) Meeting Room technologies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workplace engineering or a similar IT role
  • Strong working knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM
  • Proven experience in a second-level IT support role.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage technical tasks independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to participate in technology selection and solution design processes.

Nice to have ((Training Provided if Needed):

  • Familiarity with Cyolo or similar identity & access management platforms.
  • Experience with Meeting Room technologies.
