Petvisor is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to shape the future of our SaaS solutions through innovative AI-driven technologies. In this pivotal leadership role, you will build and lead a fully remote, global team of developers comprising full-time employees, contractors, and outsourced resources. You’ll provide technical vision, establish a culture of excellence, and drive the successful delivery of our AI-enabled products.

You'll collaborate closely with product owners, ensuring that technical initiatives align with customer needs, market demands, and business goals. Your contributions will directly impact our product roadmap, enabling transformative customer experiences and measurable success.

• Foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence, pushing boundaries to deliver cutting-edge solutions
• Lead design and architecture discussions, manage dependencies, and ensure the timely delivery of AI-driven solutions
• Partner with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, estimates, and deliverables
• Set high-performance benchmarks, ensure code quality, and implement best practices for team operations and delivery
• Build, mentor, and nurture high-performing teams over a sustained period, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Demonstrate exceptional decision-making, delegation, and team development skills to ensure consistent performance at both individual and team levels
• Ensure that all engineering efforts focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving product adoption
• Be hands-on where needed, guiding your team through complex technical challenges while maintaining a strategic focus

• 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years leading global, remote teams of full-time employees and contractors
• Demonstrated expertise in .NET, React, AWS Cloud Services, and AI technologies is mandatory. Proficiency in mobile app development is highly valued. Familiarity with Python or Angular is a plus but not required
• Proven track record in team building, performance management, setting KPIs, and driving accountability
• Ability to communicate effectively and personably with diverse global teams, including non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. Exemplifies humility, focus under pressure, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable making critical decisions under pressure while maintaining a forward-looking vision
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing AI solutions to solve business challenges
