About this role

Petvisor is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to shape the future of our SaaS solutions through innovative AI-driven technologies. In this pivotal leadership role, you will build and lead a fully remote, global team of developers comprising full-time employees, contractors, and outsourced resources. You’ll provide technical vision, establish a culture of excellence, and drive the successful delivery of our AI-enabled products.


You'll collaborate closely with product owners, ensuring that technical initiatives align with customer needs, market demands, and business goals. Your contributions will directly impact our product roadmap, enabling transformative customer experiences and measurable success.

About You
  • 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years leading global, remote teams of full-time employees and contractors
  • Demonstrated expertise in .NET, React, AWS Cloud Services, and AI technologies is mandatory. Proficiency in mobile app development is highly valued. Familiarity with Python or Angular is a plus but not required
  • Proven track record in team building, performance management, setting KPIs, and driving accountability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and personably with diverse global teams, including non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. Exemplifies humility, focus under pressure, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable making critical decisions under pressure while maintaining a forward-looking vision
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing AI solutions to solve business challenges
