We are on the lookout for a B2B Growth Marketing Lead with a proven track record in Growth Marketing for B2B SaaS.
You will drive demand for the Photoroom API through a bottom-up growth process. You will work closely with our VP of Growth to drive product adoption and usage of our API by acquiring and retaining customers through data-driven strategies.
This involves optimizing the user journey, owning the B2B customer funnel, and implementing growth tactics to maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with a passion for B2B SaaS, excellent project management skills, and a love for cross-functional collaboration.

🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight from Paris (HQ) and come to our office once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often. This ensures effective collaboration and supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

✨ About the role ✨
You will own the strategy & execution for growing the API funnel. The personae within our identified verticals should know that Photoroom is the #1 technology for automated image editing at scale. The ultimate goal is to drive activated sign ups for product led sales and growth.
You will build and scale infrastructure for all growth channels including but not limited to: viral loops, SEO/SEM, CRO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, as well as landing page and mobile app conversion.
You will own the email welcome-onboarding flow as well as the nurture cadences for the API funnel, including segmentation and sequences.
You will work closely with product growth, sales, and data science to identify and target high lifetime value customer segments and build programs to reach them.
You will design and optimize onboarding experiences to ensure new users quickly realize the value of the product.
You will partner with Engineering, Design & Marketing for all design and development of our sites and related tools.
You will monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for Photoroom’s API web properties and overall funnel, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
You will manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

Relevant candidates usually tend to have 5+ years of experience in a growth role at a leading B2B SaaS business with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth. That said, people learn and develop at a different paces, so we hire based on skills, experience, and the impact they can have at Photoroom
You have a particular aptitude for taking startups from 0 to 1 and scale. Photoroom overall is a rocket ship business. API revenue is a portion of the overall revenue today but growing quickly.
You are a creative person who enjoys using the best solution (Photoroom) to help communities solve their challenges.
You have an organic-first growth mentality with experience operating in a high-volume, global PLG environment. We're looking for someone who can identify target audiences and build compelling programs to reach them and drive high value signups through content, SEO, social, affiliates, influencers, and paid acquisition.
You have a deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys; you care about conversions and UX.
You have excellent project management skills; you pride yourself on keeping the trains running when collaborating cross-functionally.
You understand basic web development principles and can work with Engineering and Product teams.
You are proficient in Hubspot, Google Analytics, online databases, conversion rate optimization tools, etc. to streamline processes and drive growth.
You are an excellent writer and communicator.
You are enthusiastic about AI and preferably have an understanding of the GenAI landscape
You are fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
