Piermont Bank is a tech-enabled digital commercial bank focusing on providing innovative banking products for today's digital economy. We are looking for a Chief Risk Officer to lead our corporate strategic risk and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the execution and enhancement of the Bank’s enterprise risk management framework.
Develop deep understanding of Bank’s business strategies and related policies.
Serve as the primary risk liaison with the Board of Directors.
Participate in management-level committees to provide risk-based perspectives.
Develop risk management-related infrastructure.
Liaison with regulators for risk management-related exams.
Oversee Bank-wide risk assessment.
Monitor external environment for emerging risks.

Education

BA/BS degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business
