The Structured Finance Associate is an integral role that supports the financing of Pivot Energy’s projects. The Associate will support the rest of the Structured Finance Team to manage data rooms and diligence trackers and coordinate deliverables with internal departments. In addition, this individual will support transaction managers in financial closings with external stakeholders and financing parties. In this position, you will be part of a fun and dynamic team while being exposed to capital raise and deal structuring endeavors, developing a deep understanding of renewable project financing.
