The Impact you'll have
As Operations Manager, you will lead and support your team with executing on all operational aspects of your property. We are looking for a leader who has experience managing front of house and back of house operations as well as keeping the experience of everyone on-site – employees, Placemakr guests, third-party partnerships and building ownership– at the core of everything they do. The Operations Manager should take pride in owning all aspects of their asset and will be evaluated through a combination of customer reviews, employee engagement, hotel performance metrics and contributions to revenue.
This role is located on-site in Austin, TX and requires open availability for scheduling throughout the week and weekend.
