Though job titles aren’t our focus, this role is undeniably impactful, as you’ll be crafting a bespoke recruitment process that directly contributes to our company’s vibrant culture and growth. In this full life-cycle recruitment role, you're not just filling positions – you’re shaping our team’s future! You’ll work hand-in-hand with directors and management, ensuring we meet our hiring needs while also optimizing the hiring process. Your skills in utilizing various recruitment tools, including ATS (we prefer Workable), will allow you to manage multiple roles and connect with international tech profiles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills will be pivotal as you navigate this dynamic environment, and being results-oriented with analytical capabilities will ensure your success. Plus, you'll be surrounded by a supportive team that values innovation, knowledge sharing, and flexibility.
