Software Engineer I Backend (Contract)

Sony PlayStation is seeking a motivated Software Engineer I to help innovate and create exceptional gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will design cloud-based services that enhance PlayStation Network functionalities.

Skills

  • Experience with Java or other server-side languages
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases
  • Proficient in building RESTful services
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful web services APIs
  • Integrate with third-party APIs
  • Identify, replicate, and resolve backend issues in test and live environments
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver features on time

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
