The Senior Product Designer role requires you to employ a diverse set of techniques to discover, define and address latent user needs across the whole spectrum of the Plume customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Join Plume Data Services, the exciting new team building cutting-edge analytics and AI services for the communications services provider (CSP) industry
  • Lead the design activities and implementation of Plume’s SaaS data services platform for CSP users with focus on actionable insights, intelligent support, and network observability.
  • Deliver complete end-to-end designs from concept to finalized, production-ready UI artifacts.
  • Perform user research and user experience hypotheses testing
  • Prototype with Figma or ProtoPie
  • Develop and align a design strategy that best supports the product direction and strategy through cross functional collaboration with product managers, design managers and other business stakeholders
  • Actively participate and collaborate in the development ceremonies and activities of the engineering team to steer the design development efforts for on-time and on-spec delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience of product design in SaaS platforms and specifically in B2B applications and services.designing for high quality web enterprise reporting and analytics products
  • Excellent communicator — both within our design team, and with external stakeholders
  • Curious, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Believe in shipping on-time, on-spec.
  • Great sense of aesthetic - visually current and forward-looking.
  • People and work that inspires you, come from all walks of life, not just the field of design. You are able to clearly articulate why they are inspirational to you.
  • Experience with major design frameworks such as design thinking.
  • Required expertise in Figma and experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Required: link to the online portfolio of your prior work.

Total Compensation package would include: anticipated base compensation range of $141,000.00 - $166,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.  Benefits include: a 401k plan and a company match, basic life insurance plus unparalleled health, dental, vision and other benefits and perks.
