Associate General Counsel, Director
PosiGen is seeking an Associate General Counsel to oversee legal matters, compliance, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts
- Manage financial transactions and investments
- Lead corporate governance policies
- Advise internal clients on legal issues
- Identify and minimize business risks
- Consult with legal counsel
- Stay informed on industry changes and trends
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Licensed in at least one state
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
