PosiGen is a rapidly growing residential solar company focused on making solar accessible for all. They are looking for a Solar Sales Consultant to manage the sales process and help customers save money while contributing to environmental sustainability.

Skills

  • Prior sales experience
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Build a book of business through self-generated leads
  • Leverage referral app and incentives to grow business
  • Attend company-provided appointments
  • Support customers through the installation process

Education

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • College or military experience preferred
