PosiGen is a rapidly growing residential solar company dedicated to making solar accessible for everyone. We are looking for a Utility/Permit Coordinator to manage the utility interconnection and permit process.

Skills

Proficient in Adobe Pro
Proficient with Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload

Responsibilities

Manage utility interconnection and permit submissions
Monitor project flow and follow up with utility companies
Track jurisdiction specific requirements for permits
Upload documents into CRM
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Obtain permits from local government offices

Education

High School diploma or GED
