Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Pro
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload

Responsibilities

  • Manage utility interconnection and permit submissions
  • Monitor project flow and follow up with utility companies
  • Track jurisdiction specific requirements for permits
  • Upload documents into CRM
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Obtain permits from local government offices

Education

  • High School diploma or GED
