MISSION


Nous sommes à la recherche de notre premier Manager de Business Development Representatives (BDR) pour diriger notre équipe nord-américaine de BDR et contribuer à la croissance de notre activité aux US et au Canada.


Vous superviserez et mettrez en œuvre les stratégies de prospection et de génération de leads de Potloc. Votre rôle sera de gérer une équipe de BDR en veillant à ce qu’elle atteigne ses objectifs grâce à un coaching efficace, une gestion de la performance et la mise en place de stratégies. Ce poste est clé pour stimuler les efforts commerciaux pour la génération de leads et le soutien de nos ambitions de croissance.


VOS RESPONSABILITÉS


Vous serez responsable de superviser la performance, la formation et le développement de votre équipe de BDR, tout en reportant au Leadership de l'équipe Marketing pour affiner les stratégies, optimiser les processus et renforcer l’efficacité des actions de prospection.


Diriger et soutenir votre équipe : Gérer et coacher votre équipe de BDR pour atteindre leurs objectifs, effectuer des évaluations de performance et encourager leur développement professionnel.

Stimuler la croissance : Développer et mettre en œuvre des pratiques optimales pour la prospection et la génération de leads, en collaborant avec les équipes Marketing et Sales pour aligner les messages et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.

Optimiser les processus : Créer et maintenir des outils tels que des playbooks et des bases de données. Travailler avec les équipes RevOps et autres départements pour optimiser les systèmes et garantir un suivi fluide des leads.

Analyser et améliorer la performance : Suivre les indicateurs clés, analyser les données de performance, ajuster les stratégies et aligner les efforts de l’équipe sur les objectifs de l’entreprise, notamment dans des secteurs stratégiques comme le private equity et le consulting.

Assurer une communication efficace : Faire le lien entre votre équipe et la direction en partageant des insights et des recommandations pour améliorer les performances.

Recruter et former les meilleurs talents : Anticiper les besoins en recrutement, superviser l’intégration des nouveaux talents et offrir une formation continue pour développer une équipe hautement performante.


COMPÉTENCES REQUISES 


• +4 ans d’expérience en vente ou en gestion des ventes, avec une expérience démontrée en développement commercial.

• Capacité avérée à développer et diriger des équipes de vente performantes, avec un accent sur l’atteinte des résultats.

• Expérience avec des CRM (HubSpot ou Salesforce) et des outils d’analyse de données.

• Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en anglais (le français est un aout).Solides compétences organisationnelles, de communication et de leadership.

• La familiarité avec les secteurs du private equity ou du consulting est un atout.

• Adaptabilité, esprit analytique, capacité à résoudre des problèmes et passion pour le mentorat et le développement des talents.

YOUR MISSION


We are looking for our first Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead our North American BDR team and drive the growth of our business in the US and Canada.


You will oversee and implement Potloc’s prospecting and lead generation strategies. Your role will involve managing a team of BDRs, ensuring they meet their objectives through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic planning. This position is key to driving lead generation efforts and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting to the Marketing Leadership team, you will oversee the performance, training, and development of a team of BDRs while collaborating across departments to refine strategies, improve processes, and enhance the efficiency of our prospecting operations.


Lead and Support: Manage and coach your BDR team to achieve booking objectives. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster professional development.

Drive Growth: Develop and implement best practices for prospecting and lead generation. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and expand the customer base. Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Refine Sales Processes: Build and maintain tools like playbooks, objection-handling guides, and databases. Work with RevOps and other teams to optimize systems and ensure seamless lead follow-up.

Analyze and Improve Performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to maximize results. Align team efforts with company targets, especially in high-value markets like private equity and consulting.

Communicate Effectively: Act as a bridge between your team and senior management, providing insights and updates.

Recruit, Onboard, and Train Top Talent: Anticipate hiring needs, lead onboarding and provide continuous training to develop a high-performing team. (TBD)



REQUIRED SKILLS


• 4+ years in sales or sales management, with experience in inside sales or business development.

• Proven ability to develop and lead successful sales teams, with a focus on driving results.

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (French is an asset).

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with private equity or consulting industries is a plus.

• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
