NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient, stay focused on winning business and ensure a smooth customer experience upon close of contract. Reporting to the APAC SMB Leader, this role will work with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to recognized revenue faster. An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. You are motivated by making an impact on your workplace and thrive on recognizing a challenge, implementing a solution, monitoring success and continuously thinking outside the box to optimize new or existing processes. Must be passionate about ensuring a positive customer experience and use data driven analysis to remove bottlenecks in different sales cycle phases. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent communication, active listening and time management skills.

At NielsenIQ, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our sales team. Based out of our office at No. 1, Qingjiang East Rd, Chengdu, SC, China, this position is all about driving efficiency and improving customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline our processes and ensure our sellers have everything they need to close deals effectively. Think of yourself as a project manager whose main goal is to identify challenges in the sales cycle and implement creative, data-driven solutions to improve our workflows. You’ll analyze sales performance, prepare financial reports, manage day-to-day tasks related to order processing, and work closely with various business functions to navigate the order life cycle. This role demands an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
