This position will develop training, development and performance improvement solutions for managers and employees throughout the organization. This position will work closely with all members of the People team to continuously identify and help implement industry-leading practices. This position will be responsible for delivering training programs, coaching functional learning leaders on best practices around facilitation, instructional design and program management, in-depth data and reporting support, and facilitating intact team sessions across the business.
General Activities:
Design Global Learning & Development/Global People Solutions
Partner with key stakeholder groups to design, prioritize and deliver L&D solutions.
Design, build & maintain People solutions including core learning materials / curriculum and programs.
Partner with managers, People Business Partners and senior leaders throughout the Company to assess and analyze needs based on performance, talent planning and assessment data.
Develop and deliver courses in a variety of formats, including classroom and other blended learning platforms.
Participate in meetings when “People development” topics are identified/discussed.
Communicate directly with the People Team regarding L&D activities.
Partner to design course content.
Partner to identify and align learning solutions with common needs.
Uses quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends or anomalies
Develops and maintains standard reports or queries and creates custom queries on an ad hoc basis.
Establishes procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related People Team data.
Program Management, Delivery & Execution
Facilitate courses and/or focus groups to design L&D activities and related content.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) to maintain newness of content with all Global Learning and Development Managers.
Lead intact team sessions to take the learning content deeper and guide the group to get to their own conclusions/actions to improve team effectiveness.
Validate courses to ensure course curriculum is available on-line and incorporated into the LMS tracking systems.
Assess and audit the efficiency of all learning and development initiatives against predefined metrics.
Lead learning projects on time and within budget.
Partner with People Business Partners to assist in the development of learning plans.
Stay ahead of market information/best practices relating to adult learning methodologies, association matters, member issues, technology advancements, etc.
Utilizes current technology to gather, store, disseminate, and analyze information to ultimately make strategic decisions.
Collaborates with development teams to design business intelligence solutions.

BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, training and development, organization development, or a related field required.
Experience:
3+ years in L&D or HR with emphasis on program management skills:
Outstanding facilitation and course design skills utilizing Instructional System Design process
Ability to successfully deploy and implement large-scale projects
Ability to work independently and lead cross functional teams on a global scale
Comprehensive knowledge of business systems concepts and principles.
Ability to navigate and leverage technology/systems, troubleshooting as needed, looking for process improvements and streamlining opportunities
Strong organizational and/or project management skills required
Effective verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms
Ability to work well on cross functional project teams while executing a large-scale project from vision through implementation
Demonstrates ability to translate complex concepts into simple process flows
Proven strategic and innovative thinking skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to conceptualize creative solutions and document them
Ability to take calculated risks effectively to forward the learning agenda
Leads in a scalable way and is to demonstrate a sense of scrappiness or roll up your sleeves attitude when needed

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
