Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position are to work with Cvent on all registration sites for all events, as well as plan, manage and execute Press Ganey/PG Forsta’s strategic industry and client events, including but not limited to our annual 3,000 participant HX25 conference, 100 attendees’ regional events in 10 cities, industry events and strategic summits of 50+ executive level attendees. This position will be instrumental in developing the registration path, marketing, go to market strategy and post event lead strategy behind each of Press Ganey’s events. Additionally this position will require travel up to 40% of the time to all Press Ganey events.

  • Event Management
    • Oversee Cvent relationship and manage registration sites across all events
    • Coordinate all planning activities for conferences.
    • Oversee preparations of attendee materials and work
    • Assist in promoting the upcoming meeting to ensure target audience attendance.
    • Interface with the facility.
    • Provide assistance to all attendees to insure a satisfactory experience.
    • Develop and maintain a database report of client registrants. Build measurement tools to track performance and to make recommendations for improvement of response rates, quality of meeting content
    • Maintain a file on meeting facilities.
    • On-site management and service recovery.
  • Work with meeting and events company to ensure all logistical duties are completed on time and on budget 
  • Assist with all other Press Ganey/PG Forsta events as needed and prioritized

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of successful experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably with Workday
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR and Financials Processes in WD
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and experience successfully delivering projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong MS Office, Visio and Teams skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000-$140,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
