Production Lead (Studios)

Fnatic's Studios efforts fuel the overall success of our business, with a number of mission critical and strategically important projects that draw together multiple parts of Fnatic to establish our performance narrative. As our Production Lead, you'll oversee the work of Producers and Production Coordinator in managing multiple concurrent projects, and interact with other teams across Fnatic globally. Your work will level up communication and execution quality across Studios, and support Fnatic furthering its reputation for great production output.

Your mission is to:

    • Monitor intake of production briefs, understanding project goals and timelines from relevant stakeholders within Fnatic, and develop detailed marketing project plans
    • Work closely with Studios Director and Head of Marketing to prioritise projects against overarching Fnatic priorities
    • Own and update project boards for Studios
    • Oversee project execution from concept to completion, and provide relevant stakeholders with regular progress updates and tracking versus budget/timeline
    • Work with Finance and other stakeholders to establish budgets and resource allocation
    • Build a pool of freelance resource that is available to deploy on projects as required
    • Ensure obligated project deliverables are executed to a high standard, and flag issues to project stakeholders proactively where standards are not being met
    • Manage resources that are at times distributed globally, and look to ways to optimise interactions on complex projects
    • Lead on retrospectives to ensure learnings from each project are taken forward into future projects
    • Support the development and enhancement of Fnatic's project management tools, and be a champion for their adoption internally
    • Mentor and manage Creative Producers and the Production Coordinator, taking an active role in their development and setting meaningful goals
    • Lead on ad-hoc projects defined by your manager

We're looking for:

    • Comfort managing multiple project timelines concurrently
    • A general understanding of creative production disciplines and processes
    • People management experience, with proven ability to support development of others
    • Planning and budget management proficiency
    • Confident presentation style, and comfort in setting, leading and reporting back on meetings
    • On point intuition, with ability to think through brief requirements holistically, drawing out any issues or pitfalls and providing solutions
    • Ability to prioritise and reallocate resource across projects
    • Ability to work with stakeholders (internal and external) at varying levels of seniority
    • A positive disposition, resilient and calm under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
