Project Coordinator The Sasha Group

The Sasha Group believes every great brand has two things in common: they’re consistent, and they change. That’s why we exist—to help growth-minded brands big and small build strong cores that can flex with our ever-changing culture. From building brand foundations to building momentum, we combine creativity with thoughtfulness and speed to solve business challenges. We like to describe ourselves as a “consultancy in the front and an agency in the back.”

At The Sasha Group, we believe that smart, creative thinking is the ultimate variable in bringing brands to life, whether in service of creating the mold or breaking it. Our goal isn’t to be right—it’s to find right. And by “right,” we mean the strategy and creative execution that will move hearts and the business needle.

Though we’re currently working in a hybrid environment, we have established offices in New York and Chattanooga (TN). We’re committed to being a welcoming and inclusive workplace for everyone, and we are intentional about making sure people feel respected, supported and connected at work—regardless of who you are or where you come from. We value and celebrate our differences and we believe being open about who we are allows us to do the best work of our lives. And who are you?

  • You are knowledgeable in project management methodologies and practices.
  • You love order, process and efficiency.
  • You are a “yes, if” person who is solutions oriented and a great communicator.

  • You are a digital native and platform expert / advanced user understanding of social media marketing.
  • You are not afraid to bring your passions, background, and personal experience to their work.

The task at hand:

  • To provide strategic project planning at the proposal and scoping phase of client interactions

  • Ensure proper creative resource allocations are accounted for based on project/task priority and team bandwidth
  • Work with department leads, PMs and FinOps to assemble the best integrated teams for each assignment.
  • Manage creative departments output with timelines, hotsheets, updates and status calls.
  • Provide weekly and or monthly creative resourcing burn reporting

  • Communicate directly with internal partners and vendors around budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Create budgets, project plans, and SOWs with an understanding of best practices, potential third-party capabilities, time requirements, and broader portfolio business objectives.
  • Be responsible for all vendor agreements and other contract documents.
  • Participate in an agile environment with an iterative creative process, motivated by collaboration and critique.
  • Where applicable, apply your skill set to real-time consulting and problem-solving in a collaborative environment with clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with proven ownership over Project Management responsibilities (Budgets, scopes, timelines.)

  • Must be a proactive leader who is flexible and agile and can think critically while being solution oriented
  • Thrives in a company of collaborative people, but can clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects.

Unsure if you meet the qualifications? We are always looking for talent which will continue to cultivate an inclusive and representative team that will enhance our perspectives, skill sets, background, and behaviors.  We encourage those who are passionate about what we do to apply!
