Project Manager (Remote)

The role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation including the project charter, identifying the scope, timeline and needed resources. You will collaborate with business partners and technical team members on the scope and design of technical solutions and document these solutions in process models, user stories and requirements. You will assess the risks of various solutions, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables. You will also be responsible for communicating priorities, risks, and schedules to management, and will develop presentation materials to drive effective meetings and decision-making. Your work will ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, resolving issues, and taking corrective actions as required. You will set and track project milestones, account for and manage unforeseen delays, and realign schedules and expectations as needed.

Why you're a great fit:

• You have 2+ years of experience in business analysis or project management using formal SDLC methodologies (Agile/scrum methodology preferred)
• PMP or CSM certifications a plus
• You have demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally to drive business initiatives with technology
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write requirements, project charters, and user stories
• You are confident in navigating ambiguity and demonstrate professionalism amidst high-profile challenges and able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects 
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft or Gainsight is a plus
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus

Base compensation range: $85,000 – $100,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
