Lead Product UX/UI Designer

Client: Our client is a seed-stage crypto fintech company on a mission to enable access to financial services that maximize accessibility, privacy, and freedom worldwide. With a strong focus on Bitcoin, stablecoins, and traditional fiat rails, they are looking for a Lead Product UI/UX Engineer to drive the next phase of their growth. This is a remote opportunity for someone who is hands-on, innovative, and passionate about designing and building fintech solutions.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Product UI/UX Design (40%)

  • Design user-friendly, visually appealing UI/UX for new features, ensuring an intuitive experience.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.

  • Conduct user research and problem discovery alongside the team to refine design choices.

  • Ensure seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Frontend Development (50%)

  • Implement UI/UX components with modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Work closely with engineering to bring designs to life and maintain pixel-perfect implementations.

  • Optimize the user interface for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Project Management (10%)

  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, coordinating with stakeholders.

  • Manage the development process, set timelines, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Align design and engineering efforts with the company’s broader product and business goals.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma.
