Senior Marketing Manager (B2B)

We’re a fun team.

We’re looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager who is excited to learn from smart people in an incredibly fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll report to our CEO and ensure that the entire marketing team is moving in lockstep.

Reporting to you will be a: Paid Media Buyer, Social Media Manager, Marketing Associate, Graphic Designer

This position is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience managing both paid and organic channels. You need to be an excellent project manager and incredibly detail-oriented.

If you're great at Google Sheets, understand Paid Ads, can play around in Figma, and can name a few incredible B2B funnels you admire, this might be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an entire marketing team to quarterly OKRs and weekly KPIs

  • Your main KPI will be reducing our cost-per-qualified lead

  • Manage a Paid Media Buyer across paid B2B channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X)

  • Manage the Organic Content Team (UGC, Podcasts, Social, Thought Leadership etc.)

  • Manage our Customer Lifecycle Manager

  • Analyze conversion events using Google Analytics to inform campaign strategies

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics weekly

  • Maintain and update performance dashboards with the latest data

  • Conduct A/B testing for landing pages to optimize conversion rates

  • Give thorough feedback to landing page designers

  • Dive into HubSpot and architect new funnels

  • Work alongside the creative team to get assets made

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 of those for a nice-looking B2B brand that you're proud of

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns

  • Proficient in HubSpot

  • Ability and track record of managing a creative team

  • Very quantitative: skilled in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on campaign metrics

  • Proficient in using formulas in Google Sheets

  • Be comfortable leading the team in generating B2B content

  • Knowledgeable in conducting A/B testing for landing page optimization

  • Be able to wireframe an landing page in Miro/Figma

  • Experience in managing B2B lifecycle

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

  • Speak quickly. Everyone on our team is a fast-talker. This matters to us ;)

  • You must be completely bilingual in English — there is no copywriter for you to manage. The buck stops at you.
