Sales Development Executive - PT Wired

Company Overview:

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest-growing company in the physical therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Software Sales/Business Development Representative to join our team.

This unique hybrid role will play a critical part in ensuring that every practice across the country has access to PT Wired, our industry-leading patient engagement and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) platform. Now part of Prompt, PT Wired enhances the patient-provider relationship with digital engagement tools designed to boost engagement, improve outcomes and boost clinic revenue through RTM.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and qualifying sales leads in the healthcare industry, building relationships with potential and onboarding customers, and driving revenue growth for our software products. Leveraging your leadership experience and knowledge of rehab therapy operations, patient engagement, and RTM, you will provide strategic support as new customers progress through the onboarding process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Healthy Approach: This isn't an investment bank, we work long hours when it's needed, but at Prompt you own your workload and the entire organization takes a liking to smart work (over hard work).

  • Positive Impact: Prompt helps outpatient rehab organizations treat more patients and deliver better care with less environmental waste. That means less surgery and less narcotic-based pain treatment, all while turning a paper-heavy industry digital. We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)

The Role:

This position blends elements of a Business Development Representative and an Account Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, generate, and nurture leads, educate them about PT Wired, and execute product demonstrations.

We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, with clear growth opportunities in this hybrid role. You should be comfortable with cold calling and delivering video demos to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales/BDR counterparts at Prompt to coordinate efforts between mutual potential/existing customers

  • Take initiative in developing and optimizing sales workflows and strategies to support a growing team, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable company growth
