About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. You will take ownership of product positioning, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product success. Your expertise will help shape our product messaging and solidify our market presence.

Note: this is senior individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for PropertyGuru's key consumer and B2B products and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product narratives that highlight unique value propositions and resonate with PropertyGuru’s target audiences in our 2-sided marketplace
  • Customer Insights: Work with our researchers to conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
  • Sales Enablement: Understand what is needed in terms of tools, training, and resources to empower the sales team to communicate product value effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in senior roles
  • Demonstrated success in leading product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2B or technology sectors preferred
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with strong project management skills
