Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Corporate/Clinical Recruiter to manage all hiring efforts across QBS. This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle recruiting role, where you will own every step of the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates and managing pipelines to offer negotiations and onboarding support.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of recruitment for both clinical (Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and corporate roles, ensuring and effective and efficient process and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Drive end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations team and the Head of People to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies that align with QBS’s high-growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand roles, especially within our Master Trainer team.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging both traditional and innovative methods.
  • Partner with the Clinical Operations team to support onboarding efforts, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Utilize data tracking and analysis to inform and drive recruiting strategies, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Provide insights into recruiting trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to QBS’s overall talent strategy.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle, in-house/corporate recruiting (not agency). Clinical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience independently managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and best practices in talent acquisition.
