Description du poste

CDI à Toulouse.  
3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Rémunération selon votre expérience et vos compétences.

Accessibilité et Organisation du travail :

  • Poste au RDC en open-space dédié au service, travail en équipe.
  • Management participatif, télétravail (2 jours maxi après PE), horaires fixes.

Quel sera votre rôle ?

Rattaché·e à l’Adjointe du périmètre, vous serez en collaboration avec le service des Ressources humaines et le service HR Administration et ferez partie d’un service de 20 personnes (paie et ADP), éditant 3 500 paies par mois pour l’ensemble du groupe.

Vos missions*, sur un périmètre donné, seront de :

  • Gérer le cycle de paie complet, y compris la collecte, le calcul et la saisie des données,
  • Gérer et traiter les prestations maladie, y compris le suivi des absences pour cause de maladie, le calcul des prestations selon les politiques de l'entreprise et la législation en vigueur,
  • Coordonner avec les assurances externes et les organismes de sécurité sociale pour le traitement et le suivi des dossiers de maladie ou d'invalidité,
  • Calculer les indemnités de départ, y compris les indemnités de licenciement, de retraite et toute autre forme de compensation résultant de la fin de l'emploi même complexe,
  • Contrôler l’application des règles sociales, de conventions collectives notamment sur la durée du travail ou la rémunération,
  • Etablir, contrôler et transmettre les fichiers de virement, des OD de paie et les DSN,
  • Mettre à jour les processus de paie, rédaction des modes opératoires associés.

Qualifications

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

  • Formation spécialisée en gestion de la paie,
  • Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la paie,
  • Excellentes connaissances de la réglementation paie et charges sociales,
  • Excellentes connaissances de la législation sociale (droit du travail / sécurité sociale) en vigueur et de ses évolutions,
  • Excellentes connaissances du rôle et fonctionnement des institutions et organismes sociaux/santé,
  • Bon sens relationnel, rigueur, confidentialité, travail en équipe.
