Manager - UI/UX Design (CORS 213)

As UX/UI Manager you will lead the design strategy and execution to create seamless, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user research, interface design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and ensure consistency across all platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities: 

● Develop and maintain attractive and functional user interfaces, ensuring a consistent platform experience.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimize user interaction with the product.

● Analyze data and user feedback to optimize user experience and business impact.

● Work closely with development and product teams to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.

● Effectively communicate design decisions and their justification based on data and best practices.

● Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.

● Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

● Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

●  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

●  7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

●  Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
