Entry-Level Graphic Designer (NY BASED ROLE) Are you passionate about design and eager to dive into the world of licensed apparel? Imagine creating designs featuring beloved characters from Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, MGA, Cartoon Network, and all the newest and hottest licenses! We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited to learn and grow in the apparel industry, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the design process.CoCo Brands is a leading apparel company specializing in Licensed Sleepwear, Lounge and Intimate apparel. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand our product line and reach new markets, we are seeking a talented Tech Pack Designer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming and creating original design concepts for licensed apparel. Collaborate with the design team to produce innovative and visually appealing graphics.Tech Pack Design: Develop comprehensive tech packs, including all necessary details such as measurements, materials, colors, and construction methods, to ensure accurate production of apparel.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and production, to bring designs from concept to reality. Participate in meetings and provide design input and feedback.Sample Review: Assist in reviewing and providing feedback on product samples. Ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards.Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all tech packs, sample evaluations, and communication with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reference and future production runs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Illustration, Graphic Design or related field.Proven experience in technical design or product development. (Apparel is a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software for creating tech packs and visual presentations.Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers is a plus.Packaging Tech Pack knowledge is a plus.
