Care Support Specialist - EST
Quartet is a leading tech-enabled behavioral health company seeking a Care Support Specialist to assist patients and providers in connecting to mental health care. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Skills
- 2+ years experience in an inbound call center or administrative assistant role
- Critical thinking and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to interact with patients with behavioral health needs
Responsibilities
- Work directly with patients and providers via inbound calls to connect them to mental health care
- Document patient interactions and support administrative tasks
- Meet team performance expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Investigate and surface patient needs as necessary
Education
- Associate’s Degree preferred
