Skills
2+ years experience in an inbound call center or administrative assistant role
Critical thinking and organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Suite
Ability to interact with patients with behavioral health needs
Responsibilities
Work directly with patients and providers via inbound calls to connect them to mental health care
Document patient interactions and support administrative tasks
Meet team performance expectations and provide exceptional customer service
Investigate and surface patient needs as necessary
Education
Associate’s Degree preferred
