- Assist in initiation of new prior authorization requests
- Identify correct prior authorization forms for insurance providers
- Coordinate with prescribers and medical offices
- Follow up on prior authorization request statuses
- Communicate status of prior authorizations to patients and providers
- Handle Appeals coordination
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
